For forty years, Leadership Pikes Peak has been producing community leaders who have had a profound and lasting impact on the educational, health, political, business, nonprofit, and civic sectors of our community. More than 2,400 LPP alumni have contributed thousands of hours to improve the quality of life in the Pikes Peak region.

Their contributions only happen because of YOUR contributions. We rely on past participants and community investors to help fund our programs. Your gifts, for example, fully fund our Women’s Community Leadership Initiative program, which focuses on women of modest means. Your gifts also assist with all of our programs, including Leadership NOW!, targeting people in their 20s and 30s. We provide scholarship assistance to approximately 25% of Signature Program and Leadership NOW participants each year, funded through donations. Many of our Leading Edge teen leaders depend on your support to be able to participate in the program.

Step up now for LPP with your gift…and we gratefully thank you for helping LPP do its job well.

The future of the Pikes Peak region and Leadership Pikes Peak depends on local community support.

Planned Giving

We always appreciate cash contributions—but there are other creative and flexible ways to invest in your own future and that of the Pikes Peak region at the same time.

By including Leadership Pikes Peak in your estate plans, you can provide for a future gift to LPP that can have a profound impact. Not only do you leave a legacy for the Pikes Peak region through its future leaders, but you can also create tax-advantaged plans which provide for yourself or your loved ones.

For most of us, the easiest way to do this is by including LPP in our wills to receive a specific amount or a percentage of the estate after taking care of family. Another simple planned gift is to include LPP as a life-insurance or retirement plan beneficiary.  Many other options exist; for an overview of these plans, go to http://www.ppcf.org and read the Guide to Charitable Giving.

If you would like to speak to us about planned giving options, contact lpp@leadershippikespeak.org or (719) 632-2618.
